Every order ships with a tracked international postal service. You receive a tracking link by email when your package leaves our workshop in France.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped within the EU include all applicable VAT and incur no additional fees on delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees, payable by the recipient on delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are outside our control. We declare the actual order value on customs forms.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows no tracking movement for 14+ business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and ship a replacement at no cost if confirmed lost in transit.

Address Changes

Need to amend your shipping address? Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, we cannot redirect packages.

Shipping questions answered

01How long will my WHOOP adapter take to arrive?
It depends on where you are. Orders leave our workshop in France within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–4 business days for France, 4–7 for the EU, 5–9 for the UK and Switzerland, 7–14 for the US and Canada, 10–21 for Australia, Japan, and the rest of Asia, and 14–30 for the rest of the world. These are postal estimates — customs clearance can add time outside our control.
02Will I have to pay import duties or VAT?
If you're in the EU, VAT is already included — nothing extra to pay on delivery. Outside the EU (including the UK, US, Canada, and Australia), local import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by you on arrival. In practice, a single low-value adapter often falls under your country's de minimis threshold and clears duty-free, but we cannot guarantee it. We always declare the true order value on customs forms.
03Is my shipment tracked? How do I follow it?
Yes, every order ships with a tracked international postal service. As soon as your package leaves our workshop in France, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Use that link to follow your adapter all the way to your door. If you don't receive the tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email [email protected] with your order number.
04What happens if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for 14 or more business days after dispatch, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we ship a free replacement — no forms, no hassle. We aim to have every lost-package case resolved within 5 business days of your report.
05Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order and before we dispatch it. Email [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. Once the package has left our workshop, we cannot redirect it, so please double-check your address at checkout.
