Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. The terms below explain how returns, refunds, and the EU legal warranty work for orders placed on whoopal.com.
You may return your Whoopal adapter for any reason within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order. This 30-day window applies worldwide and is offered as a customer-friendly extension of any statutory rights you may have.
EU consumers: In addition to the 30-day window above, EU consumers benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed by Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU. You can exercise this right by sending us an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email) within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any justification. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum.
Product condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or modification beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Return Process
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and shipping instructions.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (typically ยฃ/โฌ10โ15 worldwide). We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.
Once your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase price (including the original standard shipping cost paid at checkout for EU withdrawals, in line with Art. 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU) to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal or return request. As permitted by EU law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
No restocking fees apply. The full purchase price is refunded.
If your adapter arrives damaged, defective, or fails within the first 6 months of normal use, we will issue a full refund and reimburse your return shipping costs. Simply email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.
EU consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods. This means that if a defect that existed at the time of delivery becomes apparent within two years, you are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded, free of charge.
This statutory legal warranty applies in addition to โ and does not replace โ the 30-day return policy and 6-month defective-item terms described above. You retain the protections that are most favourable to you under applicable consumer law.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item under the policy above and place a new order on the shop page. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your replacement.
